Frisomat is known by an integrated well controlled production chain with a systematic method of approach to the realisation of projects – from the idea to the turnkey.
ENGINEERING
Everything is starting with the design. On your request, our specialist can meet you to discuss the particularities of the site and your needs. He will draw up with you a draft of your building and you will receive in a few days an exact price. The elements of every building are with strictly fixed cost determined by justified calculation of the charges.
If you decide to continue together with us, you can look forward to a competent design made by prooved specialists. Your interest will be over all. The very latest CAD/CAM technologies will work for you. Structural engineering is free of charge.
PRODUCTION
All elements of the building are produced in the factory of Frisomat in Belgium using very advanced technologies. Automatic profiling lines, welding robots, automatic perforating, cutting, bending machinery will work for you controlled by a team of engineers using the up-to-date home-made software. In the end of this process your building is ready to be transported to your construction site.
CONSTRUCTION
The complete construction of every project is based on a carefully prepared building schedule. Our specialists have the experience to manage and coordinate a selection of subcontractors for all kind of works.
During the production of the building the preparation of the site was started. After the shipment of the building elements, the erecting workers of Frisomat, equiped with all necessary tools and machinery are ready to assemble them in a short time using plans, detailed part lists, and our experience.
All completing works – floorings, separating walls, doors and windows, ceilings, electricity, water supply and sewrage, heating and air conditionning will be made according the schedule by prooved subcontractors with approved by you materials and equipement – warranty for terms and high quality.
